Goyang Companies Donate 270 Million KRW to Support Goyang International Flower Festival Public Art Project.

On the 24th, six companies, including NH Nonghyup Bank Goyang Branch, CJ LiveCity, Goyang Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Social Contribution Committee, and others, donated a total of 270 million KRW to support the “Public Art Project” of the Goyang International Flower Festival.

The contributions aim to promote Goyang’s floriculture culture and enhance cultural experiences for local residents.

The donations were allocated as follows: NH Nonghyup Bank Goyang Branch – 90 million KRW; Taegun BF Co., Ltd. – 50 million KRW; CJ LiveCity Co., Ltd. – 30 million KRW; One Mount Co., Ltd. – 20 million KRW; DYD Co., Ltd. – 20 million KRW; Cosmo Electric Co., Ltd. – 20 million KRW; poskom Co., Ltd. – 20 million KRW; Rootronic Co., Ltd. – 20 million KRW.

This year’s Public Art Project, led by internationally acclaimed artist Choi Jeong-hwa, will engage students and citizens to deliver a message of sustainability to visitors.

Mayor Lee Dong-hwan expressed gratitude to the companies, saying the support will make the 16th Flower Festival even more spectacular.
