The company allocates 22% of its total workforce to research and development and invests more than 10% of its annual revenue in the development of new technologies.

Since 2006, CEO Park has actively promoted the Single PPM initiative. 

Over a two-year period, this effort resulted in a 76.8% reduction in process defect rates and a 40.9% decrease in delivery defect rates, leading to a 36.6% reduction in loss costs caused by defects.
