Korea International University signed an industry–academia cooperation agreement with poskom, a medical imaging system developer, to promote collaboration in joint research, personnel exchange, shared use of facilities and equipment, and on-site training opportunities for students.
The partnership is expected to enhance practical training and educational outcomes for students in health and medical fields.
As part of the agreement, poskom donated two types of equipment, including a mobile diagnostic X-ray generator, valued at approximately KRW 30 million, and presented an award of merit to a faculty member who contributed to technology development.
Both institutions emphasized that the collaboration aims to serve as a practical and sustainable model for mutual growth.
