The Korea Medical Devices Industry Association (KMDIA), with support from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, organized a Korean pavilion at the 24th Medical Fair India, held from March 16 to 18 at the Mumbai International Exhibition Centre.
A total of 20 Korean companies, including Poskom, a manufacturer of digital X-ray devices, participated in the exhibition.
As the largest medical device exhibition in India, this year’s event featured 553 companies from 21 countries and attracted approximately 10,000 visitors.
Poskom, participating in the Korean pavilion for the fourth time, achieved significant results by securing $200,000 in on-site contracts, and all 14 other Korean pavilion companies also reported positive outcomes.
A company representative commented, “India has made tremendous progress compared to 10 years ago.
With this rapid development, now is the ideal time for Korean companies to enter the market.”
