Janggun Moon (22), who works at poskom, secured his job by confidently presenting himself through storytelling in interviews. Instead of listing his three years of high school experiences in detail, he expressed them honestly and comfortably in both his resume and interview. poskom develops and manufactures imaging medical devices, including X-ray generators, CT scanners, and mammography systems. Moon currently oversees product production processes, assembly, and process improvements while completing his alternative military service.
He developed his interests and skills by attending a specialized high school and earned multiple national certifications, including Information Processing and Electronic Device Technician. Working in poskom’s young and energetic environment, he finds great satisfaction when products he helped develop are manufactured on-site or receive recognition from international buyers.
